How do I know if NetStar-USA has a local access number in my area?
NetStar-USA has thousands of local access numbers across North America! We provide a Coverage Map so that you can select by location, or you can type in your phone number into our Access Number Locator, and we'll provide a list of numbers in your area. By the way, NetStar-USA cannot represent or guarantee that any dial-up port is local to you. If any doubt exists, please contact you local telephone company.

Can I travel with my NetStar-USA account?
Absolutely! Included in your NetStar-USA service is access to thousands of local access numbers throughout the continental United States and Canada. Just change the previous access number to the new one for your area and you'll be back online in minutes! When is payment due?
Service is billed a month in advance and payment is due each month of service and/or upon receipt of the billing statement. All customers are mailed a billing statement - you are responsible for providing an accurate and up to date mailing address.

We understand that there can be occasional problems with the mail but you are still responsible for paying for service regardless of whether or not you receive the billing statement - if you are missing your billing statement it can be printed out upon request by calling the billing department (1-866-966-9633) during regular business hours (M-F 10am - 4pm).

To avoid credit card processing related service interruptions please make sure that your credit card account information is accurate and up to date. If you are issued a new credit card, have a change in expiration date, change of address or telephone number you will need to contact the billing department so these changes can be properly recorded.

Your credit card is automatically billed for service - you are responsible for payment of service by providing accurate credit card information.
